NIMIO  is a laboratory for ideas with a focus on design and building furniture and wooden objects.
 
NIMIO was founded in 2012 by Francesco Monaco, an Italian living in Madrid. Francesco Monaco has spent a number of years designing and making unique, handcrafted, durable furniture made with love and care. Out of his experience and passion for well-made furniture that tells a story has emerged NIMIO • furniture looking people.
 
They’re always on the look out for their next simple and unique design. Each piece is crafted with its environment in mind and in dialogue with those who will use it. Each piece has its own story.
 
All of NIMIO’s products are handcrafted in a small workshop in Madrid. NIMIO pay careful attention to every detail in order to produce pieces that are strong, durable, unique and sustainable.
