Woodendot first desk: Alada!
Inspired by the flapping wings of birds, Alada is a timeless and discreet folding desk that allows you to make the most of a space. It is not without reason that this office is so functional and up-to-date; it was developed by Woodendot in Covid downtime in collaboration with (potential) users. Alada must be the answer to completely improve your home office life. Also, or perhaps especially, if the number of m2 is limited.
When folded, Alada allows for an invisible storage perfect for gadgets or notebooks. And as a presentation shelf for nice things. Built using solid Oak wood and Ash/Oak plywood all mechanic pieces in the design are hidden adding to Alada’s decorative characteristic.
A beautiful, minimalist wooden plug holds the desktop up when closed. Because the Alada can be mounted at any height, the desk can be mounted at standing height as well as a seat height, whatever you prefer.
Manual and instalation kit (screws and keys) make it easy to assemble this desk at home. Note that the wall must be able to support the weight of the desk and leaning on a desk.
The Alada is available in natural oak or black lacquered ash.
