Ethnicraft Eda side table

The Ethnicraft Eda side table is a compact piece featuring a distinctive, architectural form. The combination of solid mahogany, open space, and rounded joints gives the table a serene aesthetic with unique details.

Inspired by nature
The name Eda comes from the Japanese word for ‘branch’. This influence is evident in the way the various components flow into one another. Where the wood meets, the joints gradually widen—much like a branch growing from a tree trunk.

These joints not only define Eda’s appearance but are also integral to its structural design. The rounded transitions lend the table a soft, almost continuous silhouette.

Compact in size, unique in shape
Placed beside a sofa or armchair, the Eda side table offers the perfect spot for a book, a cup of coffee, or a decorative object. Its open construction gives the table an airy feel, while the solid wood adds a sense of warmth.

The Rose Brown finish highlights the mahogany’s natural grain and beautifully accentuates the design’s various lines and joints.

Part of the Eda collection
The Eda collection is defined by recurring fluid joints, rounded details, and balanced proportions. This makes the side table a perfect complement to the Eda coffee table, console, and open shelving units.
