Hibi's magical matches
Our preference for Japanese quality products has brought us to a new item: the Hibi 10 minute aroma matches. Matches that burn for 10 minutes after being struck and spread a wonderful natural scent. This seemingly simple product was created after 3.5 years of development and is a collaboration between three artisan companies in Hyogo Prefecture. The matches are made of high-quality Japanese paper pulp. It burns evenly and slowly and the scent is released immediately. The product consists of a circular black mat and 8 matches.
Hibi's 10 Minute Aroma Peony is part of their newly introducted Garden Scents, together with Japanese Wisteria and Mimosa. These three scents form a collection of incense that invites us to an imaginary garden, representing the coming of spring.

- Do not place the match on the mat until the flame has settled and the fire has spread to the incense part (the stick)
- Do not use it for purposes other than those for which it is intended
- Avoid storage in hot and humid places to prevent loss of quality

HIBI
Hibi means 'day to day', or daily, in Japanese. The idea is that you will keep hibi incense around you every day and freely enjoy the scent to suit the mood or occasion of each day. The logo design combines two Chinese characters 'æ—¥' (day) next to each other.
