Start to fill the balance cushion with 1 breath. Unlike the sitting balls, this cushion does not need to be inflated to the maximum. With a little air you can get the desired balancing effect. If you want to challenge yourself a little more, for example during (floor) exercises, you can inflate the cushion a little more, which makes balancing more active.
