Instant ambience with Wooden Prints by KEK Amsterdam

Based on 17th en 18th century paintings and handpainted drawings in handbooks & encyclopedia, KEK Amsterdam developed ambient new wall decoration on wooden panels: the wooden prints series. 
The images are printed on a single piece of Ecoplex. This eco-friendly birch plywood, 18 mm thick, is made out of several thin layers of wood. As a result, the sides of the panel get that characteristic striped look.

Suspension system
The wooden prints by KEK Amsterdam feature a secure and very strong aluminum suspension system, leaving them slightly loose from the wall.
