Midori MD Paper Products

In 2018, Midori celebrated their 10th anniversary with a set of 10 different types of A5 MD paper notebooks. The bestsellers were the Dot Grid and Frame notebooks, and the MD team decided to add them to the regular line-up in 2019.

This A5 Frame notebook has 192 blank pages in a printed frame. At the top of the page are a number of boxes where you can write down the date or name of the note or drawing, for example.

MD Paper Products is a collection of Midori which uses the unique appeal of paper to focus on the writing experience. All these products are simple and made in Japan.
The Notebooks by MD Paper Products are very smooth, do not stain and are also perfect for using fountain pens.
The MD notebooks are thread-stitched, a book binding method with 16 pages of paper folded into a bundle and stitched down the spine. This book-binding methode ensures that the notebook opens easily and does not close when opened. The notebooks do not have a cover because the cover would impact the writing comfort. Because of this the MD Paper Products notebook has become a modern icon. The notebook has lined paper with a "bold" centerline so the upper and lower pages can be used separatel.
