This square notebook is made with MD PAPER Thick paper, a thicker paper of the same quality as the standard MD Notebook, but with extra thick pages that provide extra protection against ink bleeding.

This paper is designed to handle hard pressure, thick lines and dark colors, so don't hold back and let your imagination and feelings run wild.

MD PAPER Thick is approximately twice as thick as standard MD PAPER and provides extra protection against ink bleeding through or visible from the other side of the page.
Whether you use paint, markers or a calligraphy pen, this paper is robust enough to absorb it.

MD Paper Products is a collection from Midori that makes optimal use of the appeal of paper and focuses on the writing experience. Writing on the pages of MD Paper Products is smooth, the paper does not bleed and it is perfect for writing with a fountain pen.
