Moustache Inga Sempé balcon wall shelf
During our visit to the Moustache store in Paris, we noticed a beautiful cast iron element in which both vertical and horizontal shelves can be attached to the wall. This element has a name: Bagou.
Without a shelf, the Bagou looks like a decorative mask. The vertical shelves pass through its nose and the horizontal ones through its mouth, allowing an ultra-efficient and functional shelving system to be built.
Originally, the Bagou was designed only for personal use in the Moustache store in Paris. However, the demand was so frequent that the Bagou are now part of the collection, with and without shelves. With the Bagou by Moustache, an infinite number of configurations are possible, to create all types of shelves, bookcases, storage units, consoles, bedside tables, side tables, high tables.
The Bagou system has been simplified to the extreme. Fixing to the wall takes place at 2 (through the 'eyes') or 3 points ('eyes and 'mouth'). Take the weight into account and work with the correct plugs for the wall type.
The slots of the Bagou are 20 mm wide. Ideal for boards with a standard thickness of 18 mm.
