Children and adults alike sit a lot during the day and often not in the right posture or with enough variety. If you sit for a long time, your body can't process the sugars and fats very wel. That's because your muscles, especially your leg muscles - the largest muscles in the body - hardly do anything when you rest on your buttocks.

This elegant sitting ball made byAlex ensures that your body is always looking for a stable position, so that you always have an active position. Moreover, you can also play wonderfully with this ball. The small ball of 45 cm has the right seat height for children from 110 cm to 155 cm. So from about 4 years you can use the ball to sit on at a children's desk.

You can inflate the ball with a regular bicycle pump, but it will go faster with a double-acting pump (which you use to inflate an air mattress or the floating unicorn in the summer). The fabric cover is made of velvet polyester and can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees.

All products are designed byAlex and handmade in Europe with the best Dutch OEKO-TEX® certified fabric. The fabric is printed with non-toxic water-based ink.
