This version of the byAlex sitting ball is made with a lovely teddy fabric.
During the day we sit a lot and often not in the right posture or with enough variety. If you sit for a long time, your body can't process the sugars and fats very wel. That's because your muscles, especially your leg muscles - the largest muscles in the body - hardly do anything when you rest on your buttocks. Perfect for yoga.

This stylish byAlex sitting ball ensures that your body is always looking for a stable position, so that you always have an active position. Through continuous movement, it also stimulates the blood flow in your body and legs, so that you do not suffer from a sleeping foot, temporal bone and blood clots in your blood vessels. You can also do fun exercises on the ball that strengthen your core muscles.

You can inflate the ball with a regular bicycle pump, but it will go faster with a double-acting pump (which you use to inflate an air mattress or the floating unicorn in the summer). The fabric cover is made of velvet polyester and can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees.
